We expect for the amount of money we paid for these Business Class tickets, to get better service. There was no assistance with anything at all. When we fly with other Airlines Business Class we were able to lower the middle divider, if we wanted to talk. Not able in these pods to talk to each other. My husband's Flight Attendant was friendly, mine was miserable. Air Canada No help with placing the carry on luggage in the overhead compartment. The Service if you compare Air Canada with other Airlines we have flown there is no comparison.
